We ship all orders through the United States Post Office.

We will need a physical address to ship to instead of a Po box. We process orders within 1 to 2 days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday only; we do not process orders on weekends.

Please Note: Shipping transit times should not be confused with order processing times.

Example: 2-day Priority Mail shipping means that when your order is dropped off at USPS, it will take 2 days on average to arrive. This does not mean that your order is being processed in 2 days.

The availability of any and / or all products are subject to change at any time without notice.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will call or email you and give you the following options:

Please wait for the missing item to be restocked and you receive your complete order (we will give you a deadline to receive the missing item)

Receive credit for the missing item , and we send you the other items of your order that same day,  or A full refund of your order.


We take all due precautions to ensure that your items reach you safely and intact.

The packaging is done very carefully, however, due to bulky items in the packaging it may go unnoticed among the packaging materials, but we also have no control over the circumstances, once the package leaves our store.

We do not guarantee, refunds or replacements for broken items until additional insurance or handling has been purchased.

If an item arrives broken or damaged, you must file a claim directly with the carrier in question. Keep the merchandise and packing material for inspection by the carrier.

Packages shipped with USPS Priority Mail have $ 50 insurance included in the shipping cost. You can file a claim directly with the USPS for reimbursement for damaged or missing items. You will need to take photos of damaged items and you will also need to show proof of purchase.  check this link:

We sent orders are carefully packed and sealed, to prevent them from arriving open.

If you receive an open package and you see an item and / or items are missing, Customers should contact the carrier in question to request an investigation or file a claim.

No refunds will be issued for lost / missing packages with a tracking showing the package / items have been delivered.


If you decide to reject any shipment, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes / customs charges that are incurred on the package, the shipments, the return, and the cost of returning the package. This amount is subtracted from your merchandise refund.


Orders that are returned for any reason (which cannot be delivered for wrong address, or any address or delivery related issues) or customers who cancel their orders AFTER 24 HOURS are subject to the following:

Customers have 48 hours to respond or a refund will be issued less the restocking fee will be issued automatically.

Returned orders can be reshipped, customer will need to pay the additional shipping cost.

Orders canceled after the 24-HOUR grace period will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee.

Customers who do not want their order shipped will receive a refund less a 15% restocking fee.


We do our best to always have the majority of items in stock, however, we must bear in mind that we are a store of spiritual products.

We have unique products; some of which are handmade or not readily available.

Because of this, and to the offer and demand; We cannot guarantee 100% product availability.

There may be times when an item sells faster than the system updates the quantities on our website.
